ADMISSION:

The school admits students from Nursery to 10th class. Admission takes place in the month of March every year. All students seeking admission to various classes are required to get their names registered in the month of December every year. The new session starts in the Month of March. e-Punjab certificate & aadhaar is mandatory along with Transfer Certificate for children seeking admission for classes first onwards. .

WITHDRAWAL:

A clear one month's notice is to be given when a student is to be withdrawn. Transfer certificate of withdrawal cases will be issued only on clearance of all school dues.

RE-ADMISSION :

If the name of a student is struck off for non-payment of fees due to his/her absence without leave for one month, his/her re-admission entirely depends on the discretion of the Principal. If re-admission is allowed the child will have to pay re-admission charges same as the other new admissions.

FEE RULES :

At the time of admission Annual Charges and First Quarterly fees will be charged :

  • Tuition Fee & all other dues will be charged quarterly.
  • Bus Charges are extra which vary according to distance.
  • No element of Annual charges or fee is refundable.
  • Re-admission: will be at the discretion of the Principal.
  • Any Child admitted in the middle of academic session will have to pay all the school fees from April to till March for the complete academic year.
  • LEAVE RULES :

  • Ordinarily no leave is granted except in case of sudden illness or unavoidable circumstances. Application for leave must be recommended and signed by the parents/ guardian. If a student absents himself/herself for more than six days without prior sanction of leave application, his/her name may be struck off the school rolls. Re-admission in such cases will entirely depend on the discretion of the Principal on fresh payment of admission fee.
  • An application of leave duly signed by the parents recommended by the class teacher & sanctioned by the Principal will be considered as 'Leave'.
  • Leave for mere social functions is not recommended as it hampers the child's progress in school and minimizes the interest for regular work.
  • No leave is permitted during the examinations, except in medical cases which must be informed, prior to commencement of examinations.
  • SCHOOL CLINIC RULES :

    As the school is keen to impart the best of education, it is anxious to look after the health of its students. A qualified nursing teacher attend all the student for all First-Aid Health & injury cases, which need parent's attention at home are scrupulously followed and their medical records maintained. As part time qualified nursing teacher look to the needs of the children as and when they require medical aid.

    SCHOOL LIBRARY RULES :

  • Silence is to be observed in Library and reading room. Books issued are to be properly looked after and deposited on the due date.
  • All pupils of the school are members of the Library.
  • A student can borrow only one book at a time.
  • Reference books will not be issued.
  • If the book is not returned at the expiry of the period of issue, a fine 50p, per day of delay will be charged.
  • All marking, Under linings or defacing of the books by any means are strictly forbidden. Fine shall be levied for violating any rule.
  • Students are not allowed to carry Personal Books or Bags in the library.
  • Only note books will be allowed with permission of the Librarian.
  • DISCIPLINE :

    Every student must carry school diary with him/her. Children must be in their respective classrooms at least ten minutes before the time fixed for their classes to commence. The warning bell before the class is a signal for all to go for Assembly or to their respective classroom. All should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all days.A Student without proper uniform will be charged fine.

    Care must be taken for all school property and no pupil should scratch or spoil the desk or damage any school furniture. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Principal.Any damage done will be made good by the one who does it.

    No pupil should bring razor, blades or any sharp instrument to school. No books (other than text or Library books), magazines may be brought to school without the Principal's permission. Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles exchanged between the students.All letters and correspondence addressed to pupils are subject to the scrutiny of the Principal.

    The school is not responsible for articles or money lost. It is not advisable to bring valuables (like expensive watches, fountain pens or gold ornaments etc.) to school. Students are not allowed to bring scooters/motor bikes, mobile phone or any kind of electronic gadget in school premises.

    PROMOTIONS :

    The Promotion to higher classes is carried out as per CBSE guidance.There are Two unit test, Half yearly examination & Annual examination are conducted.

    It is on the basis of their year's assessment that the results are prepared. The result of each child is discussed in final. Pupils absent from any examination for any reason are not to be re-examined and those absent from an examination without grave reasons will be considered as failed. In case of illness a medical certificate should be produced.

    A student who uses unfair means during test will be given zero in examination. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal. A student who fails twice in the same standard. will be asked to leave the school.
